Our newest Side
Mount Backing Plate Assembly comes with this Retro 1928 Ford Taillight.
This assembly fits either our Folding Side Mount Hinge or our Non
Folding Mount for Swing Arm Bikes. Choose from super bright LED, where
both top and bottom sections are illuminated, or an old fashion
Incandescent light bulb, where only the bottom does run, and the top
portion comes on for brake. Both styles of lights come with license
plate illumination window. You can also choose this assembly in chrome
or in black finish. Includes backing plate, license plate frame, light
and hardware.

down H-D taillights: Smoked laydown with 110 LEDs taillight fits '99
thru present Harleys. (Except Deuce, V-Rod, Springer and other models
that use non-standard taillight.) This smoked laydown lens has a 110 LED
dual intensity cluster. It also has a row of white LEDs for the license
plate light, and is a direct replacement of the stock H-D taillight. We
also have
a version with no plate window for Street Glides and others with the
plate below the taillight. Just
unscrew your stock lens, unplug the connector from the base plate
circuit board and plug in our lens assembly in its place. Screw the lens
back into place and you are all set. Priced very reasonably, it’s the
brightest taillight we’ve ever seen. Really! This will burn their
retinas if they get too close.

136 LED RETINA BURNER UNIVERSAL BOARD, AND BOND IT
TO A LEXAN LAZER CUT BACKING PLATE WE SPECIALLY
MAKE, THEN BOND IT TO THE SIDES OF THE CUSTOM CHROME
LAY DOWN TAILLIGHT. WE THEN CUT OFF THE PLUG, AND
SOLDER ON A BULB BASE SO YOU SIMPLY SCREW IN THE
BULB BASE, ATTACH YOUR TWO MOUNTING SCREWS, AND YOU
ARE GOLDEN! NOW YOU ARE 3 TIMES MORE VISIBLE THAN
BEFORE.
NOTE: ON 1999 AND UP, THE LEDS ARE ENCLOSED IN THE
LENS AND THE PIG TAIL PLUGS INTO THE TAILLIGHT
CIRCUIT BOARD. FOR THE ABOVE TAILLIGHTS, WE HAVE TO
GO THRU SOME EXTRA STEPS TO BUILD YOU AN LED
TAILLIGHT. YOUR TAILLIGHT LENS IS A COVER COMBINED
WITH THE 1157 BULB-BASE, WHICH WILL SCREW INTO THE
BEZEL BASE.
